Synte 2 was built in Finland in early 1980s. The quality of speech may not be much according to today's standards, but was exceptionally good compared to what else was available those days.
The one I have is housed within a Didata 'teaching computer'. Big desk/console unit with built-in 14" monochrome display, keyboard, speaker.
